How we handle your information
Beehive Operations ("we," "us," "our") provides operations, process, and automation advisory services to small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through beehiveoperations.com, why we collect it, and how it's handled.
Information we collect
- Contact and business information you submit through our forms: name, business name, email, phone number, industry, team size, revenue range, and a description of your operational challenges.
- Payment information when you book a paid assessment. We don't process or store card details ourselves — payment is handled directly by Cal.com and Stripe.
- Usage data collected automatically through cookies and similar technology, including pages visited and referral source, via the Meta Pixel and standard web analytics.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries, run your diagnostic call, and prepare your written report
- To process payment and manage scheduling for paid assessments
- To follow up about your application or project
- To measure how people find this site, including ad performance
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers below, each of which processes it only as needed to do their part of the job:
- Formspree — form submission handling
- Cloudflare — site hosting and application data storage
- Cal.com and Stripe — scheduling and payment processing
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — ad measurement
- Google Fonts — web font delivery
Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technology from the services listed above, primarily the Meta Pixel and Cal.com's booking widget. Continuing to use the site means you're okay with that. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some features, like the booking calendar, may not work correctly without them.
Data retention
We keep submitted information for as long as it's useful for the purpose you gave it to us for. Application records may be retained to track weekly diagnostic-call availability. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, see Contact below.
Your rights
You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent version.
The terms of working with us
By using beehiveoperations.com or booking a service through it, you agree to these terms.
Services
- Free Ops Diagnostic Call — a short call reviewing your biggest operational time-suck, offered to a limited number of applicants each week
- 5-Hour Recovery Assessment — a paid discovery call, written report, and four-day do-it-yourself plan
- Workflow Build and Major Project — custom automation and process work, scoped and priced individually after your assessment
Pricing and payment
The 5-Hour Recovery Assessment is currently offered at founding-client pricing. This rate will increase over time as we take on more clients; the price shown at the time you book is the price you pay. Payment is collected at booking through Cal.com and Stripe. Workflow Build and Major Project pricing is fixed and agreed with you in writing before any work begins.
Guarantee
If we can't identify at least five hours a week of recoverable time for your business during the 5-Hour Recovery Assessment, you'll receive a full refund. This guarantee applies to the assessment fee only, not to Workflow Build or Major Project engagements.
Rescheduling and cancellation
You can reschedule your call up to 24 hours before the scheduled time through your Cal.com confirmation link.
Free diagnostic call
The free 15-minute call is offered to a limited number of applicants each week and isn't guaranteed. Applications are reviewed in the order received.
Deliverables and intellectual property
The written report and four-day plan produced for you are yours to keep and use, whether or not you engage us for further work. Our underlying methodology, templates, and materials remain our property.
No guarantee of specific business results
Beyond the hours-recovered guarantee above, we don't promise specific revenue, profit, or other business outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control, including whether recommendations are implemented.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Beehive Operations isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business changes. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
